English - Spanish Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and motivated English–Spanish speaker to join our growing team and help support our customers.

If you enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and working in a positive team environment — this role is for you.

Important: This is NOT a cold-calling position.
You will communicate only with existing customers who already use our services.

What You Will Do:

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish
• Provide clear information about our services
• Understand customer needs and guide them toward the best solution
• Support clients throughout their entire journey — from the first inquiry to final resolution
• Update client information in the CRM system
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English AND Spanish speaking skills
• Friendly and confident communication style
• Ability to manage several client requests at the same time
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized and meet performance targets

Bonus (not required):

• Experience in customer support or sales
• Experience working with American companies

Work Schedule Options:

• We offer several schedules so you can choose what works best for you:
• Monday–Friday — 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8 hours)

Salary:

• $800 during the first 3 months (training period)
• $1.200 starting from month 4
• Additional performance-based bonuses
