Production Engineer

• ^{Minimum 1-3 year experience in a similar position;}

• ^{Good knowledge of wire manufacturing processes and associated technologies;}
• ^{Extrusion manufacturing processes and associated technologies, metal processes, production planning;}
• ^{Process improvement techniques;}

• ^{Analytical and problem solving skills;}
• ^{Inventory management; Risk management;}
• ^{MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), ERP applications, MES, CMMS applications;}

• ^{Leads the production section scheduling activities;}
• ^{Monitors production execution;}
• ^{Monitors on-filed production performance, supports the execution team in issues resolution;}
• ^{Develops and implements production projects, processes, procedures, instructions and systems in order to meet production deparment objectives;}
• ^{Leads and conducts scheduling activites in coordination with logistics and other production departments such as production program analysis, planning orders allocation by production lines and human resources allocation on the lines;}
• ^{Follows up closely production execution on the shop floor, performs diagnostic of reported problems within production section (reparation, wire Break, overconsumption, work areas organization and cleaniless (5S)), defines and supports the production execution team in the deployment of immediate corrective actions;}
• ^{Implements and monitors on-field results of defined actions plan;}
• ^{Reviews production section KPI's and propose accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Production Department and the Company's objectives.}
