Requirements:
Technical University Degree;
Minimum 5 years experience on a similar position, in the automotive industry;
Professional knowledge of pneumatics and electro pneumatics;
Knowledge of assembly lines & welding process or milling;
Knowledge of CAD – Catia V5;
Lean Basics and FMEA knowledge;
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
Provides technical support for process improvement initiatives for new projects;
Develops process analysis to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality;
Supports the new project team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement opportunities;
Coordinates development of new process capabilities;
Ensures the proper implementation of specific customer requirements;
Cooperates with the Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering and Launch Management departments to obtain continuous optimization of the processes and reduction of scrap.
