Process Engineer - Milling

Requirements:

• Technical University Degree;
• Minimum 5 years experience on a similar position, in the automotive industry;
• Professional knowledge of pneumatics and electro pneumatics;
• Knowledge of assembly lines & welding process or milling;
• Knowledge of CAD – Catia V5;
• Lean Basics and FMEA knowledge;
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support for process improvement initiatives for new projects;
• Develops process analysis to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality;
• Supports the new project team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement opportunities;
• Coordinates development of new process capabilities;
• Ensures the proper implementation of specific customer requirements;
• Cooperates with the Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering and Launch Management departments to obtain continuous optimization of the processes and reduction of scrap.
