Reliability engineer

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineer. The Reliability Maintenance Engineer maintains the focus on safety by training, developing, and coaching the maintenance operators. He delivers a high level of equipment availability by ensuring all preventive maintenance is conducted and internal processes and procedures are followed.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 

Support the maintenance technicians, ensuring they are working in a safe, standard, and efficient manner.

Implement network standards and focus on preventive and predictive maintenance to provide a high level of equipment availability.

He has a deep knowledge of the CMMS system.

He analyses breakdowns and modifies the preventive maintenance plans accordingly with the aim to reduce breakdowns, and he adjusts the preventive maintenance plans to guarantee the highest operational availability

He optimizes maintenance costs establishing a Reliability Centered Maintenance.

Ensure sufficient technical coverage is available for the shifts by organizing and directing the training program for the team.

Organize local projects with the focus on reliability.

Be prepared to work on shift, when necessary, to maintain a strong connection to the team and daily work.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Significant practical engineering experience.

A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.

Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.

Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.

Experience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations.

Solid computer skills.

Phyton and AI agents such as Chat GPT knowledge is highly desirable but not a must.

Flexibility: adaptable to changing work environments and varying project requirements proficiency in written and spoken English

Full working knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures.

Experience working with PLC based control systems is highly desirable.

Project Management experience is highly appreciated.

Deep Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs is a must.

Experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Process.
