We are seeking a detail-oriented Transport Loss Analyst to join our logistics team. In this hands-on operational role, you will focus on identifying, analyzing, and reducing transportation losses across our distribution network. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily transport operations for potential loss incidents
• Document and categorize transportation discrepancies and damages
• Conduct field investigations of transport loss cases
• Collect and analyze data on loss patterns and trends
• Support implementation of preventive measures at operational level
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators
• Prepare regular reports on loss metrics and improvement initiatives
• Participate in process reviews to enhance transport security

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Practical experience in a warehouse, distribution, or transport environment
• Basic understanding of e-commerce distribution processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with numerical data and basic reporting tools
• C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• German language skills are an advantage
