Logistics Coordinator Dispatcher

The Logistics Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through the supply chain. This position involves managing schedules, coordinating with logistics subcontractors, and serving as the main point of contact for logistics operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch logistic subcontractors to fulfill delivery and transportation needs.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate with subcontractors to provide instructions, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with schedules.
• Track and optimize routes to minimize delays and reduce transportation costs.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs, shipment details, and subcontractor performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Address and resolve delivery or logistical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a logistics role (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in dispatch, tracking, and logistics management.
• Excellent communication in English and problem-solving skills.
