Studies and understand in detail the works that will be performed in the contract with the beneficiary;

Prepares pre-accounting for each type of work: prefabrication and pipe installation works, metal structure, painting, insulation, etc;

Prepares the payment statements for the works to the clients, according to the requirements of each contract;

Keep in touch with the other departments in the organization, so that they know the status of the works and the additional works that have appeared;

Checks the work situations of the subcontractors, so that they are in accordance with the requirements of the contract;

Estimates the costs of maintenance works;

Elaborates the offers in order to negotiate the works;

Prepares and check the related documentation for the offers;

Prepare the detailed cost estimation for various projects and analyze the requirements that are necessary for the offers’ preparation;

Updates offers based on new data;

Updates the costs of the works according to new data;

Maintains the database and keeps the documents related to the payment of the orders;

Prepares various reports for management.
