About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, strong consulting skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for clients;

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities;

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for using Microsoft 365 Copilot;

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 Copilot;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions;

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 technologies and continuously improve your knowledge and skills;

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;

• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to Microsoft 365 Copilot;

• Applying strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and SCRUM;

• Maintaining up-to-date certifications in Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
