SAP Ariba Business Consultant with German

Primary Functions and Tasks: 

• Lead SAP Ariba Implementation Projects: Independently manage end-to-end e-Source to Pay implementation projects for mid-sized and large enterprises, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive Customer Success: Foster strong client relationships by ensuring satisfaction, successful adoption, and long-term value from SAP Ariba solutions.
• Support Regional Business Development: Collaborate with the Customer Acquisition team to support growth initiatives and identify new opportunities within the region.
• Enable Solution Selling: Actively contribute to SAP Ariba solution sales efforts by providing subject matter expertise and strategic insights.
• Mentor and Develop Talent: Guide and support team members through mentoring and coaching, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Strengthen Partner Ecosystem: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, reinforcing BearingPoint’s preferred partner status with SAP Ariba and other key providers.

We are looking for: 

• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English AND German is required; fluency in another major European language such as French is a strong advantage.
• SAP Ariba Expertise: Proven experience in SAP Ariba implementation—whether in project management, consulting, or as a functional lead. Alternatively, extensive hands-on experience with the full suite as an end user is highly valued.
• Business Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of Procurement and Accounts Payable processes, with a track record of driving business process improvements.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership or key contributor role in relevant domains, particularly in project management or transformation initiatives.
• Technical Background: Familiarity with SAP MM and/or SAP FI AP modules is considered a plus.
