Are you a passionate Salesforce consultant wanting to grow together with the team of excellent colleagues (including a CTA)? Do you have experience with complex problem solving on the platform (eliminating limits, specifics, and other tricky platform parts)?

Our Romanian team, is supporting various projects covering but not limited to core clouds, experience cloud and CPQ including integration implementations . Our projects are challenging and long lasting mainly in the west European market.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Gather business requirements, guide business to follow platform best practices and translate them into technical specifications;
• Design and implement solutions using programmatic or point and click tools;
• Design and create integration logic;
• Guide younger team members;
• Continuously develop the expertise on Salesforce Platform;
• Analyze, debug/troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to Salesforce;
• Work in an Agile/Hybrid environment.

We are looking for:  

• A technical university degree (min. Bc.);
• Extended knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud);
• Advanced hands-on experience with programmatic development. Apex, SOQL, LWC - JavaScript (ES6) and HTML are a must as well as basics of CSS;
• Integrations – knowledge of REST and SOAP;
• Experience (or willingness to learn) with VCS (Git) and CI/CD setup;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions;
• Sharing attitude to spread knowledge;
• Working proficiency in English is a must;
• Willingness to travel (EU).
