Finance Senior Expert

The Finance Senior Expert will be part of BearingPoint's Cross-Shore Enablement Hub (CSH), a centralized team delivering high‑quality finance and accounting services across multiple BearingPoint entities. The role supports end‑to‑end financial operations, statutory and group reporting, and complex tax topics, acting as a trusted finance partner for local and international stakeholders while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency.

Primary Functions and Tasks: 

• Manage bookkeeping activities for multiple entities across the EU region

• Prepare and oversee local statutory reporting requirements, including:

  • Trial balance analysis and review

  • VAT preparation and submissions

  • Corporate income tax computations

  • Application and detailed understanding of Withholding Tax (WHT) regulations

  • SAF T reporting

• Group Reporting & Financial Analysis - perform comprehensive Group reporting duties, including:

  • Detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis

  • Clear and structured explanation of Actual vs. Plan/Forecast variances

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast cycles
