Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Marketing Executive** to lead our marketing efforts for our plant-based fast-casual chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer loyalty across various platforms, including social media.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and promote our plant-based offerings.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), with design team on crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives interaction.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and product launches, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Partnership Outreach: Reach out to corporate partners and key target groups, to establish partnerships and promote membership opportunities that align with our brand values.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

*REQUIREMENTS*:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of brand development and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Passion for plant-based food and sustainability is a plus.
